What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on a device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and software that recognises a browser or device. They may be necessary for a service to work or used to remember choices, measure performance or support advertising.
Cookies currently used by LifeNest
LifeNest does not currently set analytics or advertising cookies. The website may use strictly necessary technology needed for security, network delivery or to remember a privacy choice. These functions cannot be used to build an advertising profile.
The site loads certain fonts and images from external content-delivery services. Those providers receive ordinary technical request information, such as an IP address, browser details and the requested file, so that the resource can be delivered.
If our use changes
Before adding non-essential analytics, personalisation or advertising technology, we will introduce suitable preference controls and update this policy with the technology’s name, provider, purpose and duration. Non-essential technologies will not be activated before the required choice is made.
How to control cookies
You can block or delete cookies using your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary technology may prevent parts of a website from working. When a LifeNest cookie-preference control is available, you will also be able to change your optional choices there.
