1. Learn about your options
LifeNest guides explain common types of life insurance, factors affecting price and points to compare. This information is general and does not recommend a particular product or insurer.
2. Estimate what you may need
You can use our content and tools to think about commitments such as a mortgage, debts, household costs and financial support for dependants. Any result is an estimate, not advice or a quote.
3. Choose whether to continue
Before any personal information is sent to a partner, we will identify that organisation, explain why it needs the information and link to its privacy information. You decide whether to continue.
4. Speak to an insurance partner
Our planned service will introduce interested visitors to a regulated insurance broker. The partner may contact you by telephone, email or another method clearly stated beside the form. Contact timing will be explained before submission.
Reassured Limited is the partner we currently hope to work with, but that relationship has not yet been agreed. We will update this page and the relevant forms before treating Reassured, or any other firm, as an active LifeNest partner.
5. Compare and apply
The broker may ask about your circumstances, health and lifestyle, then explain available quotes or recommendations according to the service it provides. The broker and insurer are responsible for the application and underwriting process.
Submitting details does not create cover. Insurance starts only if an insurer accepts the application and confirms the policy is in force.
Who is responsible for what?
- LifeNest: general educational content, tools and the initial introduction.
- The broker: its regulated quote, information or advice service and communication with you.
- The insurer: underwriting, policy terms, premiums, cover and claims.
